Amies first day was a great success! She was helpful getting ready, even let me put her hair up! Can you believe it! My little pony loving girl wanted pigtails today. She didn't even pull them out in the car like normal. When we got there she helped us find her name on the roster outside the classroom and put her backpack in her cubby. (There are two names in each cubby for the AM and PM class, hers is on an owl tag.) She met her teacher Ms. Brandi and then joined the other children at a table to begin stamping on construction paper. I don't think she noticed us leave the room. Matthew, Temperance and Daddy are all taking naps now. While my Bug is at school it'll be a nice break for Mommy to get some much needed crafting and clean up done!
