We saw our OB at Myrtle Street OB/GYN. Their group is fantastic, everyone was so kind and didn't mind that we made it a family affair. (Next time, the kids are going out on a play date. They were not nearly patient enough for this.) My only gripe is the wait time. It took 2 hours to have this darn check up. The nurse, lab tech and doctor were all very quick and yet still thorough during their portion of our visit. I had easily half of my body's supply of blood drained just to give them the initial work up. The baby's heart rate is a steady 150 bpm. Everyone is happy with assuming that we are around 14 1/2 weeks, due July 16, 2011. I doubt the dates will change but let's just see what the ultrasound tells us. We've been asked to schedule our next appointment 5 weeks from today. I think we are aiming for somewhere between 18-20 weeks for the ultrasound. Jeremiah really wants to know the gender of this one, I'm on the fence but if it will make him sleep better knowing I guess I'll cave!
